墨颂热升华涂层液适用于纯棉和含棉量达到或者超过30%的面料进行热升华印染及数码印花，实现了棉类天然纤维热升华印染和数码印花的工艺和技术改革。

   干擦湿擦色牢度4.5级以上、抗紫外线照射测试时间超过400小时以上、色彩还原新鲜细腻。不需使用一滴水和一立方MM3水蒸汽，彻底解决了纯棉印染大量废水排放和高能耗的难题。

    适合哪些行业用？

    适合个体小型作坊手工制作文化衫全棉帆布购物袋数码印花；大型帆布箱包厂、文化衫厂纯棉热升华印花；大型染整印染厂进行全棉帆布匹布的无需水洗、汽蒸无需拉幅定型的热升华印染。转印出来的产品透气没有胶质感，不怕洗涤越洗越软，牢度4.5级以上。

①、固色桨涂层为水剂型状态

本产品呈水剂型状态，符合各项环保标准。特别适用于纯棉帆布布匹的涂布和上浆，以及上浆后的热升华印花印染处理及加工。目前针织面料只能局部印染。

②、黑色不会变成红色

处理本涂层的纯棉帆布布匹，热升华烫画转印后，经过严苛的400小时紫外线照射测试，黑色色块不会变成红色。

③、透气和有胶质感吗？

转印出来的产品透气没有胶质感，不怕洗涤越洗越软。

④、参考烫画温度和时间

裁片烫画参数选择：210度/20秒，230度/8秒（平板烫画机得出的参考数据）；

布匹烫画参数选择：与涤纶热升华滚筒烫画机的参数一样。 

⑤、可以加增稠剂吗？

布料热升华印染后达不到您想要的好效果，或者是想要更好的效果。可以添加少量或适量的PTF增稠剂，提升粘度。达到更好的效果。因为固色桨涂层是水剂状的，如果面料吸水，就会把涂层吸入布料，影响效果。

⑥、适合哪些布料印染？

纯棉或者含棉量达到或者超过30%以上的帆布面料和针织面料。

注意：由于还存在一点手感，只适合纯棉帆布匹布上浆，针织纯棉只适合裁片及局部印花染色。

The color fastness to dry and wet rubbing is above4.5, the test time for anti-ultraviolet radiation exceeds400 hours, and the color is restored to be fresh. 1. The coating of the fixation paste is in the state of water aqua form

This product is in the state of water aqua form, which meets various environmental protection standards. It is especially suitable for coating and sizing of pure cotton canvas, as well as thermal dye sublimation printing or printing & dyeing treatment and processing after sizing. At present, knitted fabrics can only be printed and dyedlocally.

2. Black will not turn into red

For pure cotton canvas treated with this coating, after heat transfer printing by thermal dye sublimation, the black color block will not turn red after the rigorous 400-hour ultraviolet irradiation test.

3. Heat transfer printing temperature and time for reference

Forcutting pieces, the selection of heat transfer printing parameters: 210 ℃/20 sec, 230 ℃/8 sec (reference data obtained by the flat heat transfer printing machine);

Forcloth, the selection of heat transfer printing parameters: the same as the parameters of the polyester fiber thermal dye sublimation roller heat transfer printing machine.

4. Can a thickener be added?

After thermal dye sublimation printing & dyeing of fabrics, if the desired effect cannot be achieved, or if you want a better effect, a small or appropriate amount of PTF thickener can be added to improve viscosity and achieve a better effect. Because the fixation paste coating is water aqua-like, if the surface fabric is absorbent, it will absorb the coating into the cloth and affect the effect.

5. Which kinds of cloth is it suitable for?

Pure cotton or canvas surface fabrics and knitted surface fabrics with a cotton content of 30% or more.

Note: Because there is still a little hand feeling, it is only suitable for sizing pure cotton canvas cloth, and knitted pure cotton cloth is only suitable for cutting pieces and local printing & dyeing.
