  液 晶 產 品 在 設 定 溫 度 區 間 內 ， 可 因 溫 度 與 角 度 不 同 ， 而 同 時 顯 現 可 逆 性 對 七 彩 顏 色 變 化 。

顏 色 變 化 ： 飾 品 用 、A+B混 合

三、

溫 度 區 間 ：

1.

飾 品 用 ： 溫 度 區 間 為10℃， 可 相 互 相 混 合 使 用 。
a. 15℃ ~ 25℃
b. 25℃ ~ 35℃

2.

印 刷 品 用 ：
各 種 溫 度 計 的 印 刷 用 ， 溫 度 區 間 為-20℃ ~ 110℃皆 可 生 產 ， 常 用 者 為10℃ ~ 40℃， 一 般 溫 度 區 間 有1℃、2℃和5℃三 種 。

四、

原 料 應 用 ： 一 般 皆 採 網 版 印 刷 方 式 ， 和 手 工 塗 抹 二 種 。

I.

Mechanism of Color change

This series will exhibit reversibly brilliant color change due to the shift of temperature.

II.

Product Colors

It can exhibit two cyclic color changes of Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Benzo Blue and Purple in the interval of 14^OC-36^OC.

III.

Characteristics of Products

1.

The product is a kind of water-based inks made of Cholesterol microcapsules.

2.

The particle size of microcapsule is 10-30£gm.

3.

Because the concentration of hydrogen iron is in the range of Ph6.5-7.0 and thus Neutral, it is pretty safe in application.

4.

It should be preserved in the shade under temperature 10^OC-20^OC, and should not be exposed indirectly or directly to sunlight radiation.

5.

It can be used after dilution by pure water or distilled water.

6.

The shelf life is roughly 6 months after manufacture.

7.

Due to the much smallness of the particle size of microcapsule being 10-30µm, the phenomenon of blend between microcapsules or separation or crystal change will not occur.

IV.

Application

1.

It can be anointed on metals, available for the application of honor emblems, key rings, thermometers, memorial emblems, rings, artificial precious stones and the make of common fashion accessories.

2.

It can be used in screen printing on paper or plastic sheets taken as sticky papers.

3.

Sticky papers can be applied to watch surfaces to be color-changeable watches.

4.

It can be jet anointed on pencils to be color-changeable pencils, or the surfaces of other stationery
