      本店吉他零散配件比较多，且配件尺寸特别细腻。因各琴产地不同、年代区别、代工生产配件的工厂也有不同。就算同一型号琴，在配件上也许也有差异。在一些配件上有认为是“通用”的，其实并不是这样。“通用”2字只能说明大体经验之谈。“通用”并不表示所有能用到这种配件的吉他都能用。我们在一些需要比对尺寸的产品里都提供了产品尺寸图。所以在购买之前严格进行尺寸测量。在这方面的承诺就是只凭尺寸说话！如购买后因尺寸问题不能安装使用，要求退换货，在商品不影响下次销售的情况下由买家自己承担来回运费退换货。所以为了避免不必要的麻烦和损失，请各位琴友能拿起您的尺子。谢谢合作！另因工厂货批次不同，手工测量误差，尺寸可能 有一定允许范围内的误差！

 关于签收 
      在发货前我们会认真检查，并认真包装。收到货物后，请务必当面拆开验货，请检查产品包装及产品本身是否有破损，产品数量是否正确，确认无误后在签收。若非本人签收，请务必通知代签人员当场验货无误后再签收，代收也视为买家本人签收。如果不经检查签收，快递工作人员走后再发现物品缺少或破损，因实在无法鉴定责任，本店和承运公司不承担责任！感谢您的理解配合！
